In a bid to offer low-cost storage plan to its users, Google has launched “Google One”.The tech giant has launched the new product after revamping it’s Google Drive online storage plans.
“Thanks to mobile phones and new file formats like 4K video and high-res photography, people are storing more than ever before. That’s why we’re introducing ‘Google One’, a simple plan for expanded storage that includes extra benefits to help you get more out of Google,” said Pavni Diwanji, Vice President, Google One.
Google One helps its users in storing their data in Cloud. The tech-giant has planned to upgrade all its paid consumers on Google Drive storage to “Google One”.
These modifications will not have any effect on ‘G Suite’ business customers.
According to a Tech Crunch report, the search engine giant has also reduced the price of its 2TB consumer storage plan from $19.99/month to $9.99/month.
