Rely on e-payments as ATMs may run out of cash due to long weekend

Banks closed

Your cash transactions through ATMs and bank visits will be halted as banks would remain closed for next four days due to the long weekend.

So, you have now time till Thursday to complete all bank related formalities or cash transactions from the ATMs. However, e payments, Mobile Banking and Internet banking options would be available for the customers.

Bank would remain closed from March 29 to March 30 on account of Mahaveer Jayanti, Good Friday. However, Saturday would be working for the banks. On April 2, banks will be observing an annual closing as the new fiscal would start.

As the banks would be closed for a longer period, possibilities of ATMs running out of cash would be a bit too high.

Relying on e-payments would be a wiser option for consumers for experiencing hassle-free transactions.
