India’s biggest public sector lender the State Bank of India (SBI) has launched unified and integrated app YONO (You Only Need One).
Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and SBI’s Chairman Rajnish Kumar launched this first comprehensive digital banking service platform YONO in Delhi.
YONO offers a comprehensive blend of financial services and the digital marketplace all at one place.
According to SBI, this app is one stop destination that fulfills the customer’s wide range of needs namely banking, investment and lifestyle needs.
You name it and YONO will have the service, claims the bank.
“Among other things, YONO allows the customer to open an SBI account digitally in less than five minutes, transfer funds in just four clicks and avail shopping and other services online via YONO partners who include Jabong, Myntra, Ola and Uber. While the app is available to all, the app specifically targets the younger generation,” S Venkataraman, Chief General Manager, SBI.
‘’It is basically aimed at satisfying the needs of the gen-next customer,’’ he said.
YONO can be easily downloaded from Google Playstore or Apple App Store. It is an omni-channel platform and can be accessed from laptop, desktop, tablet or mobile phone
