State Bank of India (SBI) will reportedly provide all legal and basic infrastructure related information of discussed assets for online auction.
According to reports, a special website containing all relevant details will be ready soon. The information would help bidders take an informed decision.
SBI has decided to separately auction commercial and retail properties under its hold.
The bank received good response for its mega e-auction of distressed assets in March and June. Distressed residential properties witnessed positive response, however the bank failed to sell commercial properties in sizable numbers.
At both the online auctions the bank had sold around 280 properties.
