For offering remittance facility to benefit the Indian expatriates from Australia, South Indian Bank (SIB) has tied up with PFG Forex. The new facility will enable the bank to ensure better service to the Indian diaspora.

As per the services, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) can enjoy the cost-effective and fast remittance services using SIB’s Express facility.

For availing the facility, NRIs can visit the PFG Forex outlets across Australia for remittances to India. SIB is already offering correspondent banking arrangement with National Australia Bank and Fly World Money Exchange for remittances to India.

Recently SIB’s international banking division has been awarded ISO 9001: 2015 certification for its Quality Management Systems. The certification was awarded for ensuring systems and procedures as per the standards laid down by the International Organisation for Standardisation.
