A digital lending and borrowing marketplace, IndiaLends has appointed Govind Sankaranarayanan, former Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Tata Capital, as independent Director.
An alumnus of BITS Pilani, IIM Bangalore and London Business School, Sankaranarayanan is presently the co-founder of ESG investment firm ECube Investment Advisors.

In 2007, Sankaranarayanan helped co-found Tata Capital. Under his leadership,Tata Capital’s Retail and Housing Finance business grew to Rs 34,000 crore and employee strength to over 4,000.
