Infibeam names ex Reliance Jio CFO as President Fin & Investor Relations

Infibeam Avenues Limited (Infibeam), leading providers of Digital Payments Solution and Enterprise Software Platforms, appointed R Srikanth as President Corporate Finance and Investor Relations.

As a part of his new appointment, Srikanth will be leading the company’s worldwide financial operations and strategic investor relations. Srikanth’s appointment will come into effect in early January 2020. It is expected to further strengthen Infibeam Avenues’ top leadership team with an emphasis on optimizing its digital payment and platform business globally.

Srikanth holds over three decades of extensive experience in leading Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, large funding, M&A and end to end execution of financial planning and analytics roles.

He was earlier associated with Reliance Jio Infocomm (100 percent subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited) as President and CFO where he oversaw Global Finance, Corporate Accounts, Taxation and Audit. Srikanth was a top-level management member of RJIL and Apex Body Member of the Company.

Srikanth has also worked as President & Group CFO of Polaris Financial Technology Ltd for five years and Future Software Limited (Now, part of Aricent Technologies Ltd) for 14 years respectively managing the Group and Global Finance & Accounts, M&A, Global Business Finance, Corporate Legal, Global Taxation (direct and indirect), Audit, Global Investor Relations, Group Legal, Compliance, Regulation and Governance.
