ICICI Bank unveils ‘Video KYC’ for Savings Account, Personal Loan and Credit Card

Private lender ICICI Bank today launched a facility that will help the retail customers in completing their ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) process just video interaction.

In the wake of the Covid-19 outbreak, the Bank made the facility available to the new customers willing to open a savings account, including a salary account, or avail a personal loan with the Bank.

Besides, the facility is also available to the customers applying for ‘Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card’. The lender will be extending the ‘Video KYC’ facility soon to other credit cards variants, home loans and other retail products.

In addition, the lender is the first one in the industry to offer this facility for opening salary accounts and availing a personal loan.
