Bank of India, National Banking Group West-I has organized “Customer Outreach Program” in all its five zones i.e, Mumbai South, Mumbai North, Navi Mumbai, Goa and Raigad Zones on 26.03.2022 at Mumbai Centre and issued sanction and disbursement letters to various customers in Retail, Agriculture and MSME apart from corporate credit.
All the branches comprising of NBG West I participated in the week long program which started on 21st March 2022 and has culminated with handing over of sanction / disbursement letters to our 55 valued borrowers under Retail, Agriculture and MSME. The bank is committed to complete disbursement in all the sanctioned loans by 31st March 2022. During this outreach, information about various schemes of our bank Retail and MSME verticals were presented to our customers. Various awareness program were conducted before this outreach to spread the message of Bank of India’s reach out to customers for EASE of banking.
Bank of India Executive Director, P R Rajagopal and General Manager, Shri. Brij Lal of NBG West I, handed over sanction and disbursement letters to customers of all branches during the program. The other dignitaries present during the program were S B Sahani, Zonal Manager, Mumbai South zone, Narayan Singh Deora, Zonal Manager, Mumbai North zone, Anil Jadhav Zonal Manager, Navi Mumbai zone and Shampa Biswas, Zonal Manager, Raigad zone which made the event a grand success. The customers of Bank of India were delighted by this initiative of Bank.
