With over two decades of experience across capital markets and enterprise technology, Davda has played key roles in building resilient trading systems, modernising infrastructure, and enhancing digital operations. His appointment reflects BSE’s strategic intent to strengthen its IT governance, cybersecurity posture, and digital innovation roadmap.
As CIO, Davda will oversee the implementation of advanced technologies to improve system efficiency, data integrity, and transaction security. He will also drive initiatives in automation, analytics, and platform modernisation, ensuring that BSE remains agile and responsive to evolving market and regulatory dynamics.
