London/Greater Noida: AI-native engineering services company Coforge Ltd. has been recognised as an ‘Exceptional Performer’ in Application Services and Cloud & Infrastructure Services in the Whitelane Research 2026 UK & Ireland IT Sourcing Study, reinforcing its strong position in the European IT services market.
The recognition marks the fourth consecutive year that Coforge has been featured in the prestigious study, which is based on feedback from nearly 400 organisations covering more than 1,000 IT sourcing relationships across 37 IT service providers in the UK and Ireland.
Coforge was also recognised as an Exceptional Performer in General Satisfaction, outperforming other ranked service providers, while earning a Strong Performer rating in Security Services.
In the Application Services category, Coforge secured the second position with a customer satisfaction score of 83%, significantly higher than the industry average of 76%. The company also excelled in Cloud & Infrastructure Services, achieving an 83% satisfaction score, well above the market average of 75%, while recording the highest year-on-year improvement in the category with a 10-percentage-point increase.
For General Satisfaction, Coforge received an 83% score, improving three percentage points over the previous year and outperforming the market average of 75%, highlighting the company’s continued focus on customer experience and service excellence.
Commenting on the findings, Jef Loos, Head of Research – Europe at Whitelane Research, said Coforge demonstrated strong performance across application services, cloud and infrastructure, with particularly impressive momentum in its cloud business, signalling continued growth opportunities in the UK and European markets.
