InCred Capital Launches InCred Black to Target India’s UHNI and Family Office Wealth Segment

InCred Black

InCred Capital has launched InCred Black, a specialised wealth management platform designed for ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), unicorn founders, entrepreneurs and family offices.

The launch comes as InCred’s wealth franchise crosses ₹1 lakh crore in assets under management (AUM), reflecting the growing scale of the group’s wealth management business and its ambition to build a deeper presence in India’s high-value wealth segment.

InCred Black will be led by Alok Agrawal, Harmeet Sahney and Zarksis Gotla, who have joined as Co-Founders. The leadership trio brings more than eight decades of collective experience and previously spent around 15 years building Avendus Wealth Management. Their professional backgrounds span leading financial institutions including Kotak Mahindra Bank, Barclays and Credit Suisse.

The platform is being introduced at a time when India is witnessing a rise in startup liquidity events, public market listings and inter-generational business transitions. These developments are creating increasingly complex wealth management requirements that extend beyond conventional private banking and mutual fund offerings.

InCred Black is expected to focus on bespoke investment strategies, including private credit, venture debt, pre-IPO secondaries and alternative investment funds (AIFs). The platform will also address liquidity requirements of entrepreneurs and promoters through structured financing solutions, loans against shares and capital restructuring.

A key differentiator will be its focus on institutional-grade wealth solutions and access to opportunities that can cater to the sophisticated requirements of family offices and UHNIs.

The platform’s leadership strength is also expected to help InCred leverage established relationships and expertise in serving wealthy entrepreneurs and business families.

With its wealth franchise crossing ₹1 lakh crore in AUM, InCred believes it has the scale and balance-sheet depth to explore proprietary co-investment and syndication opportunities for its clients.
