Novus Loyalty Enables CENT Rewardz Redemption on Delhi Metro Sarthi and IRCTC

Mumbai, September 10, 2026: Novus Loyalty Limited has announced the launch of CENT Rewardz redemption on the Delhi Metro Sarthi App and IRCTC platform, enabling Central Bank of India customers to use their loyalty points for metro and railway ticket bookings.

The integration was unveiled at Global Fintech Fest 2026, currently being held at Jio World Centre, Mumbai. With the new facility, customers can redeem their CENT Rewardz points directly for Delhi Metro ticket bookings through the Sarthi App and for train ticket bookings through IRCTC.

CENT Rewardz is Novus Loyalty’s rewards portal developed for Central Bank of India, allowing customers to earn and redeem loyalty points across everyday transactions. The latest integration expands the programme beyond conventional shopping and lifestyle rewards to include daily commuting and railway travel.

Commenting on the launch, Deepak Tomar, Chairman and Managing Director, Novus Loyalty Limited, said the initiative reflects the company’s vision of making rewards more relevant to customers’ everyday lives by bringing loyalty and payments closer together.

The new redemption facility was showcased live at Novus Loyalty’s booth, JE15, Zone 2, Jasmine Hall, at Global Fintech Fest 2026. Novus Loyalty is participating in the event as a Bronze Partner and Exhibitor. The four-day fintech event is being held from September 8 to 11, 2026, at Jio World Centre in Mumbai.
