Aegon Life Insurance has appointed Sunita Rath as Chief People Officer (CPO) as its new Chief People Officer. At Aegon, she will be handling human resource and talent management function and drive organisational leadership and culture.
In the new role, Rath will supervise the strategy and processes pertaining to building and retaining talent, such as reskilling and multiskilling of employees. She will be reporting to Vineet Arora, Managing Director and CEO, Aegon Life Insurance.

Sunita holds a graduate degree with honours in Physics and pursued her M.Phil (PM & IR) Training & Development from Utkal University.
