Aviva Life Insurance, India’s most recognized private life insurance firm, named Arvind Joshi as the Senior Vice President for Information Technology. Arvind will play a critical role in expanding Aviva’s technological capabilities, with a focus on cloud adoption, platform innovation, and resilience.
Arvind’s role will be to develop a tech-driven culture throughout the firm, with an emphasis on innovation and efficiency. His leadership will be critical in directing platform and infrastructure innovation to match with the changing digital landscape while improving digital offers and services for customers. He will report directly to Aviva India’s Chief Technology Officer, Gyanendra Singh, and will be in charge of platform and infrastructure engineering.

He has a track record of leading and coaching global and cross-regional engineering teams that prioritize results, personal development, and cross-functional collaboration.
