Abhishek Bose brings over 20 years of experience in data science, analytics, and enterprise data transformation across the financial services sector. Prior to joining Axis Finance, he served as Executive Vice President and Head of Data Science at Tata Capital, where he led strategic data initiatives and developed advanced analytics capabilities to improve business performance and customer outcomes.
Earlier in his career, Bose held senior leadership positions at Prudential plc, YES BANK, and TransUnion CIBIL Limited, where he played a key role in building data-driven ecosystems, strengthening risk and analytics functions, and driving enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
With financial institutions increasingly adopting AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation to improve customer experiences and strengthen risk management, Bose’s appointment is expected to further accelerate Axis Finance’s data-led innovation agenda.
