Balaji Sriram Appointed Head – Product & Marketing at Jio Payments Bank

Balaji Sriram

Jio Payments Bank has appointed Balaji Sriram as Head – Product & Marketing, bringing extensive experience across banking, product management, digital banking, financial inclusion, business strategy and business development.

In his new role, Sriram will be responsible for contributing to the bank’s product and marketing initiatives, with a focus on strengthening digital financial services and driving customer-centric innovation.

Sriram brings a diverse leadership background spanning several prominent banking and financial services institutions. Before joining Jio Payments Bank, he held key product and leadership positions at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, Airtel Payments Bank, Jana Small Finance Bank, ING Vysya Bank, Axis Bank, HSBC and ICICI Bank.

Across these organisations, he has built expertise in areas including digital savings, rural banking, salary products, liabilities, financial inclusion and business growth.
