BharatPe, India’s largest merchant payment, and lending network firm, has appointed Ankur Jain as its new Chief Product Officer. As a part of his appointment, Jain will be handling the complete product lifecycle and innovation at BharatPe. Ankur is the fifth CXO to be appointed at BharatPe and he joins Vijay Agarwal (CTO), Nishit Sharma (Chief Revenue Officer), Puneet Agarwal (Chief Risk Officer), and Nishant Jain (Chief Business Officer) in the core team.
He will be heading product management and user experience across customer touch points, and will be contributing to BharatPe’s aggressive plans to level- up its footprint to 10 million merchants this year. He is an alumnus of Stanford University has years of rich experience of working across deep technology start-ups like Kosmix and Instalocate and the world’s largest company Walmart.
