CapitalXB Finance, an RBI-regulated NBFC-Factor focused on supply chain, working-capital and trade finance, has implemented Biz2X’s AI-powered digital lending platform to accelerate credit delivery and strengthen its technology-led lending infrastructure.
The implementation has reduced KYC and client onboarding timelines from 2–3 days to less than an hour, while AI-assisted credit assessment has improved credit turnaround time by more than 80%. Over the next 12–18 months, CapitalXB expects the platform to support financing for more than 250 SMEs and MSMEs and facilitate over ₹1,000 crore in disbursements.
CapitalXB’s technology-led strategy combines digital credit, regulated lending, export finance, foreign exchange, compliance and distribution. Its NBFC-Factor and AD Category-III licences enable the company to integrate domestic and export financing, foreign exchange and export compliance within its broader trade-finance platform.
Powered by Biz2X, the digital architecture spans loan origination, onboarding, underwriting, documentation and portfolio management. Automation, data intelligence and AI-assisted workflows are expected to help CapitalXB scale transaction volumes without a corresponding increase in operational complexity and credit headcount.
The platform will also support CapitalXB’s planned expansion across international trade corridors through a capital-light, partner-led cross-border model, connecting Indian businesses with financing partners across global markets.
Taranjit S Jaswal, Managing Director & CEO of CapitalXB, said the objective extends beyond digitising lending and focuses on building an integrated trade-finance platform combining credit, technology, regulatory infrastructure and institutional capital distribution.
Rohit Arora, Co-Founder and CEO of Biz2Credit and Biz2X, said the partnership would provide the digital infrastructure required to support CapitalXB’s expansion across India and international trade corridors, with AI, automation and data playing a growing role in making supply chain finance faster and more scalable.

The implementation strengthens the strategic partnership between CapitalXB and Biz2X as CapitalXB prepares for its next phase of institutional growth. The company plans to expand beyond balance-sheet lending through capital-light revenue streams spanning syndication, foreign exchange, compliance and cross-border financial services.
