Public lender Corporation Bank has appointed Birupaksha Mishra as its new Executive Director (ED). Mishra took over the charge as the new ED on December 26, 2018.
He is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) and holds a post-graduate degree.
Prior to joining the State-owned lender, he was associated with Central Bank of India as its General Manager.
He is a veteran banker with over 34 years of experience in the industry. He had been a part of several significant projects during his regime at Central Bank and held many important administrative and functional positions at regional offices, branches and also corporate setups, said an official communiqué from the lender.
