Zubair Alam, BU Head-Enterprise Business (Dell EMC), Redington India Ltd talked about the cyber recovery solutions and services, and enhanced business resilience with holistic cyber recovery at the BFSI Leadership Summit 2022, organised by Elets Technomedia.
He stated that Redington India is a powerhouse for hardware and software for the IT industry in India, as it provides solutions to organisations from cyber-attacks. Hence, there is a rise in cyber-attacks in recent years and they target industry companies and not just individuals.
There are issues with tape backups which are still used by organisations that take time to get recovered with the solutions provided. Digital transformation is evident in organisations, IT sector transformation and convergence are also happening, he stated.
