AI-native enterprise solutions company Dailoqa has appointed Sonali Kulkarni, former Country Head – BFSI, India & South Asia at Microsoft, as Partner, marking a significant step in its expansion of agentic AI solutions for the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) sector.
In her new role, Kulkarni will lead Dailoqa’s business development and functional strategy while driving the global expansion of the company’s Broccoli™ platform across India, the UAE, the UK, Australia, ASEAN, Africa and Switzerland.
Kulkarni brings more than 20 years of experience in digital transformation and technology strategy across the BFSI industry. Before joining Dailoqa, she led Microsoft’s BFSI business for India and South Asia, helping major financial institutions accelerate enterprise AI adoption. Earlier, she spent over a decade at Accenture as Managing Director, leading the Financial Services practice in India, and also held senior leadership positions at EY and GE Capital.
Speaking on her appointment, Sonali Kulkarni said the financial services industry is undergoing a structural transformation, with AI becoming the foundation for innovation, resilience and customer experience. She added that intelligence is rapidly becoming an on-demand utility that will redefine how financial institutions operate and engage with customers.
