FincFriends Reports ₹999 Crore Revenue, 43% AUM Growth in FY26

New Delhi: Digital lending NBFC FincFriends has reported a strong financial performance for FY2025–26, with revenue rising to ₹999 crore and Assets Under Management (AUM) growing 43% year-on-year to ₹875 crore. The company also maintained profitability with zero accumulated losses, reinforcing the sustainability of its digital lending model.

According to the company’s audited financial results, total loan disbursements increased significantly to ₹3,732 crore in FY26, up from ₹2,585 crore in the previous fiscal. Since its inception, FincFriends has served over 5.5 million borrowers and currently disburses around 3,000 digital loans every day through its fully digital lending platform.

A major milestone during the year was the company securing an investment-grade BBB- credit rating for bank loans and non-convertible debentures (NCDs), along with an A3+ rating for commercial papers from Acuité Ratings & Research Limited. FincFriends also achieved ISO 27001:2022 certification, highlighting its focus on information security and operational excellence.

The company strengthened its capital position by signing term sheets worth more than ₹500 crore and converting ₹203 crore of external commercial borrowings (ECBs) into equity. It currently serves over 500,000 active customers, with a 74% repeat borrower rate, while more than 80% of its borrowers fall within the 20–40 age group, reflecting strong customer loyalty among young working professionals.

Commenting on the performance, Artem Andreev, CEO of FincFriends, said the company’s growth has been driven by disciplined risk management, a deep understanding of borrower needs, and a scalable, profitable business model. He added that the next phase of growth will focus on strengthening technology, expanding responsible credit access, improving portfolio quality, and building products that better address customers’ evolving financial needs.
