Fullerton India Credit Company Limited (Fullerton India), a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) has named Pavan Pal Kaushal as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer.
As a part of his new appointment, Kaushal will be handling the overall Risk management for Fullerton India, and supervise the Risk functions of Fullerton India Home Finance Ltd as well.

He is a Chartered Accountant with an MBA (Finance) and has more than 34 years of wide-ranging experience in Risk management. Prior to joining Fullerton India, he was associated with the IDFC Bank, where he was working with a Leadership team and responsible for Risk functions for the group.
Earlier, he had been associated with Ernst & Young and also appointed as the Chief Risk Officer at ANZ Bank India. In the past, he held several senior leadership roles both domestic and international at Citibank.
