IndiaFirst Life Insurance Company Ltd (IndiaFirst Life), one of the country’s fastest-growing private life insurers, has strengthened its core leadership with Sunder Natrajan taking over as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Amrish Maheshwari as their new Chief Risk Officer (CRO).

Sunder, who formerly served as IndiaFirst Life’s Chief Risk Officer, has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer. His strategic ideas and extensive expertise qualify him to oversee IndiaFirst Life’s human resources initiatives, integrating them with the company’s overall growth goals. Sunder currently oversees people management, performance management, organisational development, training, infrastructure, and procurement.
Amrish has extensive knowledge to the risk management, internal auditing, and information security departments. He will play a critical role in improving IndiaFirst Life’s commitment to effective risk management. Amrish is committed to developing a strong risk management culture, improving the Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) function, and adopting effective information security measures.
