IndusInd Bank, PayNearby partner to boost hyperlocal business

PayNearby has joined hands with private lender IndusInd Bank in a bid to expand its hyperlocal discovery and purchase application ‘BuyNearby.

This strategic partnership will help the firm in simplifying order, payment and delivery of essential items amid this lockdown.

IndusInd BankBuyNearby has already equipped 2 lakh Kirana across the country with online services. The platform also assists grocery stores, pharmacies, sweet stores, supermarkets, milk & dairy products, branded specialty stores, gift shops, and meat shops and others in offering a wide range of products to the customers. Besides, it provides the convenience of using UPI, BHIM Aadhaar and other Digital payments options with the help of IndusInd bank.

The app offers a wide range of products with simple 24×7 access to daily essentials permitting customers to pre-order and pre-schedule deliveries even while the shops are shut down and pay digitally, either at the time of delivery or in advance, in a bid to adhere to the social distancing norms as well as support the vision of going local. Besides, it has a tracking system and also an option to discover substitutes in times of a specific product not being available.
