Insight acquires Hanu Software Solutions to expand its public cloud service offerings

Insight Enterprises, a Fortune 500 solutions integrator that helps businesses accelerate their digital transformation, announced the completion of its acquisition of Hanu Software Solutions (“Hanu”), a privately held Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Services Provider (MSP) recognised as a Niche Player in the Gartner 2021 Magic Quadrant for Public IT Transformation Service Providers.

Hanu has been an award-winning Microsoft partner for over 15 years and has a proven track record of implementing and fully managing all aspect of an organisation’s cloud migration by providing continuing administration, management, and user support. Hanu’s strengths complement Insight’s end-to-end transformation competence in application development, cloud infrastructure modernisation, cybersecurity, and data and artificial intelligence intelligence.

The acquisition enables Insight to extend its global centres of expertise for cloud solution delivery. Hanu has a proven engine for recruiting and accelerating the development of world-class cloud experts through its extremely successful Hanu Azure Academy.
