Kotak Mahindra Bank reshuffles top management: Devang Gheewala named as CFO and Milind Nagnoor as COO

Kotak Mahindra Bank announced reshuffles in its top management. The bank has appointed Devang Gheewala as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He will take over this role on April 1, 2024.

Devang Gheewala will take over as CFO, succeeding Jaimin Bhatt. He is the group’s President in addition to his role as CFO. He’ll retire on March 31, 2024.

Aside from Devang Gheewala, Milind Nagnoor has been named as the bank’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). He will also assume control of this position on April 1, 2024. He is presently serving as the bank’s Chief Technology Officer.

Kotak Mahindra Bank said in a stock exchange filing, ‘Naganur will continue to be the Chief Technology Officer of the bank and will also handle the bank’s operations as well as group technology architecture and cyber security.’

The bank has reappointed KVS Manian as Joint Managing Director. He will acquire responsibilities for this position on March 1, 2024. Maniyan is currently the full-time director of the bank.

Apart from Manian, the bank has reappointed Shanthi Ekambaram as Deputy Managing Director. He will also take over this role on March 1.
