Non banking finance company Magma Fincorp has appointed Atul Bansal as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Bansal will replace the company’s current CFO V Lakshmi Narasimhan who has put in his papers to pursue other interests.
Bansal has about three decades of corporate experience in investment, financial and business due diligence, corporate restructuring and M&A.
