Former Information Technology lead at Muthoot Homefin Mehjabeen Taj Aalam has joined Tata Capital as its new Technology Head for Digital & Customer Engagements.
Mehjabeen joined Tata Capital in October 2019. She holds over 11 years of experience in leveraging existing and emerging technologies for driving organizational growth, performance, profitability, and expanding intellectual capital and property.
She holds extensive experience in areas namely change management, business process reengineering and automation, digital transformation strategising and implementation, virtualisation, adoption of disruptive technologies like AI, chatbots, mobile apps, biometric and cloud solutions.
Prior to joining Muthoot Homefin, she was associated with Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd as its Assistant Vice President for IT Business Solutions.
