Microsoft Kaizala now supports e-payments services

Microsoft’s social network platform Kaizala has now unveiled its e-payments platform in association with YES BANK and MobiKwik.

This service will help the users to quickly transfer funds without the need to exit the Kaizala mobile application. The users can now make peer to peer payments in one to one as well as group chat options via United Payments Interface (UPI) mode offered by YES BANK and MobiKwik wallet.

According to Microsoft’s official communiqué, UPI integration on Kaizala will function with all  86 banks that are allowing UPI services.

“We see an opportunity for technology to give Firstline workers more intuitive, immersive, and empowering experiences – and thereby help organizations achieve greater efficiency, enhance their customers’ experience, and increase both innovation and employee satisfaction. Office 365, including Microsoft Kaizala, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook, aims to connect this mobile-first and mobile-only workforce for modern collaboration and teamwork.”, said Rajesh Jha, Executive Vice President, Office Product Group, Microsoft.
