Ninad Varadkar has been elevated to the position of Senior Vice President and group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Edelweiss Financial Services Limited. Ninad brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously served as Manager of Information Security at Ocwen Financial Corporation and Information Security Manager at HDFC Life.

His expertise spans modernising defences against ransomware and Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs), implementing Zero Trust architecture for multi-cloud platforms, and automating security operations.
Ninad has been instrumental in driving strategic security roadmaps that enable risk-free scalability for businesses. His approach combines technical proficiency with advisory capabilities, empowering organisations to make informed decisions about risk.
