PB Fintech’s PB Pay Goes Live to Offer Unified Payment Solutions for Indian Merchants

pb pay

Gurugram, September 7, 2026: PB Pay, the Payment Aggregator platform of PB Fintech Limited, has commenced operations and is now live for merchant onboarding and transaction processing. Licensed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in February 2026, the platform aims to simplify payment acceptance by bringing multiple payment modes, transaction routing, analytics and payment management capabilities under a single integration and dashboard.

PB Pay leverages more than a decade of payments experience within the PB Fintech group, particularly from its insurance business. The company said this experience has helped build expertise in recurring payments, transaction reliability and regulatory compliance, which is now being extended to merchants across sectors.

The platform addresses the growing complexity of India’s digital payments ecosystem, where customers increasingly use UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, EMI and recurring payment methods. Merchants often need to manage multiple providers, integrations and dashboards, resulting in higher operational complexity and challenges around failed transactions, disputes and payouts.

According to Harsh Masta, CEO of PB Pay, the platform is designed to provide merchants with a comprehensive payment stack. “We’re building the infrastructure and technical capabilities to streamline persistent issues plaguing the payment journey,” Masta said.

PB Pay supports UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets, EMI and recurring payment options, including UPI Autopay, e-Mandate and card subscriptions. Its intelligent routing engine is designed to direct transactions to the gateway most likely to approve them while considering processing costs.

The platform also offers a 360-degree dashboard for real-time transaction monitoring, analytics, dispute management and vendor payouts. For security, PB Pay said it incorporates PCI DSS compliance, ISO 27001 certification, 256-bit encryption and continuous fraud detection, supported by a Zero Trust architecture and transaction risk monitoring.

Merchants can onboard through the platform, complete business verification, integrate through APIs, test in a sandbox environment and go live through a streamlined process. PB Pay has also stated that its pricing is transparent and available on the platform.
