Perfios Names Rajesh Kini as Chief Financial Officer

Perfios, India’s leading B2B SaaS Fintech startup, has appointed Rajesh Kini as Chief Financial Officer. Rajesh’s extensive financial skills and strategic insight complement Perfios’ vision and financial strategy for long-term growth. Rajesh has over 25 years of experience in financial leadership roles with a demonstrated track record of generating growth by optimising financial performance, increasing margins, strengthening fiscal health, and improving operational efficiency.

Rajesh is an industry veteran with over two decades of expertise managing finance operations for global IT services organisations. He joins Perfios from Infosys, where he was CFO of a product subsidiary and led the Corporate Accounting Group. Rajesh’s considerable experience and financial abilities are ideally matched to Perfios’ market potential, and he will lead the company through its global expansion goals.

Rajesh is a chartered accountant with a bachelor’s degree in commerce from St. Joseph College of Commerce in Bangalore. In addition to his professional endeavours, he enjoys chess and cricket. Rajesh balances the responsibilities of corporate life by participating in sports and mentoring young financial professionals, assisting them in developing industry skills and advancing their careers. These activities add to his holistic approach to work and life.

Perfios has made three further major appointments in the past year: Sridhar Narayan as Chief Business Officer (CBO), Sumit Nigam as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and Anu Mathew as Chief People Officer (CPO).
