Ravi Pichan has been appointed as RBL Bank’s Chief Information Officer. Ravi will be in charge of driving the Bank’s IT strategy. He will also assist in the creation of a technology innovation hub to encourage a culture of continuous innovation within the Bank.
Ravi has successfully managed complex portfolios of IT investments across organisations and geographies in his 28-year career in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry, driving technology strategy and delivering transformation programmes aligned with business strategy.
Ravi comes to RBL Bank from HDFC Life, where he served as Chief Information and Technology Officer. He has also held executive positions at Larsen & Toubro Infotech, Capgemini, Barclays, and Bank of America.
