Rohit Thakur resigns from Accenture India, Lakshmi C named new HR Lead

Rohit Thakur

Rohit Thakur, head of the Human Resources department at Accenture India has resigned from his role. Thakur was appointed as the lead of the HR department in February 2017. There is no confirmed information regarding his future endeavours.

Thakur has over 26 years of dense experience across industries. He has worked with top companies such as Microsoft, GE, Eicher, Cadence Design Systems, etc.

Prior to joining Accenture, he was associated with Microsoft India as the Head of Human Resources. His experience is extremely varied and spread across industries/sectors like Technology, Consumer, and Energy.

At Accenture, Rohit has been succeeded by Lakshmi C, who is currently appointed as India HR service delivery lead handling recruitment, learning, HR Tech and process team.
