This appointment is in line with the company’s vision to strengthen the regional presence for expansion and growth. In this role, Sharma will be responsible for leading and driving the East 2 business, ensuring adherence to compliance parameters, and achieving operational performance benchmarks.

Sharma’s responsibilities will include directing and driving the East 2 business, ensuring compliance, and meeting operational performance goals.
Sharma is a seasoned industry executive with nearly two decades of experience across multiple industries. He has held senior positions at firms such as ICICI Lombard, MetLife India, Vserv Capital, Bajaj Allianz Life, and Getit Infomediary. His knowledge and strategic leadership have continually helped these organisations expand and succeed. Sharma has an MBA with a specialisation in marketing from M.K.M. Indian Institute of Management, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
