Tartan Appoints Subhrangshu Chattopadhyay as Chief Business Officer to Accelerate Global Growth

New Delhi: Tartan, a unified API infrastructure platform serving leading enterprises such as HDFC Bank, Bajaj General Insurance, Groww, and Aditya Birla Capital, has announced the appointment of Subhrangshu Chattopadhyay as its Chief Business Officer (CBO).

In his new role, Chattopadhyay will lead Tartan’s next phase of growth across banking, insurance, and wealth management sectors in India, the United States, and the MENA region. His mandate includes scaling strategic partnerships, deepening enterprise relationships, and strengthening Tartan’s infrastructure-led market positioning.

An industry veteran, Chattopadhyay was part of the founding team at CRIF and brings extensive experience in credit bureaus, analytics, open banking ecosystems, and regulatory engagement. His expertise also spans working closely with regulatory frameworks, including those shaped by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

The appointment comes at a time when financial institutions are accelerating digital transformation initiatives and seeking robust API-led infrastructure to streamline operations, enhance compliance, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
