Amazon backed payment service provider ToneTag has appointed Vinay Trivedi as the head of its human resource department.
ToneTag is a sound-based proximity communication and payments aggregator. Apart from Amazon, brands namely Mastercard and Reliance Capital are also offering assistance to ToneTag.
Trivedi will look into the matters pertaining to the strengthening of recruitment and selection process at the company. He will also be supervising the formation of apt performance management systems.
He will help in streamlining the human resource based practices in the company and will lead the brand to be an aspirational choice of the employees. He will also work towards making the company as an employee-friendly organisation by ensuring better growth opportunities for its staff members.
He is an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur and holds an experience of more than 12 years across sectors such as IT, ITeS, Banking and Insurance in diverse roles.
He was earlier associated with brands such as Accenture, Axis Bank, Future Generali India Life Insurance.
