Vivriti Capital names Ajit K Menon as Group Chief Operating Officer

Vivriti Capital, a fintech NBFC that aims to bring necessary debt finance to hundreds of mid-market enterprises across India has named Ajit K Menon, as the Group Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Bringing with him a wealth of experience spanning over 18 years, Ajit has held pivotal roles in sales, transitions, operations, and client services across various sectors. Prior to his appointment at Vivriti Capital, Ajit made significant contributions to renowned firms such as Accenture, WNS, and Teleperformance, where he managed large-scale client engagements in the BFSI and Mortgage processing space.

In his new role, Ajit will provide strategic leadership and oversee the digital transformation and management of operations, propositions, change, and systems for Vivriti’s group, including its NBFC and Asset Management businesses. With a proven track record of building high-performing teams and successfully establishing businesses from the ground up, Ajit’s appointment is poised further to strengthen Vivriti Capital’s position in the market.

Ajit holds an MBA from the Institute for Technology & Management, specialising in Marketing Management, and certifications in Pricing & Revenue Management from IIM-Ahmedabad. His expertise extends beyond the corporate realm, as he also advises startups on P&L management, operational efficiency, financial leverage, seed funding, and attracting venture capital.
