YES Bank collaborates with Payjo for artificial intelligence solutions

Private sector lender YES Bank has joined hands with Payjo, an artificial intelligence banking platform based out of Silicon Valley, California for adopting its intelligence products.

The YES Bank’s Pay Bot will be the first artificial intelligence driven Bot for a wallet and it will support the YES Pay wallet service, reported The Economic Times.

Reportedly, YES Bank is launching its wallet services through a chat-based financial assistance in collaboration with Payjo via Facebook Messenger. This service will be soon available on several social media platforms like Skype, Slack and, WhatsApp.

With the help of YES Pay users can recharge their mobile phones, DTH services, send –request money and pay utility bills.

The artificial intelligence powered YES Pay Bot offers a variety of facilities such as carrying out financial transactions through chats, answering queries and requests.

“Given that these ‘humanised’ Bots can act as intelligent assistants, we are also working on various use cases for our employees to enable them with information about the Bank’s policies and new initiatives. Over the next year, we shall also migrate a significant portion of our customer service to this customer-friendly platform,” said Ritesh Pai, country head, digital banking at Yes Bank.
