Mumbai: Wealth and asset management firm Neo Group has appointed Anirban Banerjee as its Co-founder, Chief People and Transformation Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its business and organizational capabilities.
In his new role, Banerjee will lead Neo Group’s people strategy, talent development, leadership capability building, organizational design, culture, and enterprise transformation agenda. His appointment reflects the firm’s focus on building a future-ready workforce while supporting its long-term growth ambitions.
Banerjee brings over two decades of experience in human resources leadership across the financial services industry. Before joining Neo Group, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Avendus Group, where he played a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy. Earlier in his career, he was part of the team that established and developed the human resources function at 360 ONE (formerly IIFL Wealth) during its formative years.
Neo Group said Banerjee’s extensive experience in organizational transformation and leadership development will help strengthen its talent ecosystem and drive business transformation initiatives as the company continues to scale.
