Moneyview Limited reported a consolidated profit after tax of ₹201 crore for the quarter ended 30 September 2026 (Q2 FY27), up 169.1% year-on-year and 15.6% quarter-on-quarter, according to results the Bengaluru digital lender’s board approved on 5 November 2026. Total income rose 42.4% year-on-year to ₹1,146 crore, managed assets under management (AUM) stood at ₹23,892 crore, and return on equity (RoE) was 27.9% for the quarter.

The company filed the unaudited results with the exchanges and posted an NSE board-meeting outcome the same day, with a matching investor presentation on the Moneyview investor-relations site. Shares trade on the NSE and BSE under the symbol MONEYVIEW (scrip 544953) after listing on 1 October 2026.

What drove Moneyview’s Q2 FY27 numbers

Loan disbursals in the quarter were ₹7,701 crore, up 41.3% year-on-year and 7.7% quarter-on-quarter. Managed AUM grew 28.4% year-on-year and 6.1% quarter-on-quarter to ₹23,892 crore. Moneyview describes itself as a consumer-first, digital-only, credit-led platform for middle-India users. It reports 149 million registered users, 7.2 million active borrowers as of September 2026, and a network of 49 financial partners across nine product offerings. About 79% of users are from Tier 2 and smaller cities, and the average user age is 32 years. Personal loans remain the flagship product on the app, with underwriting supported by AI/ML models that use more than 100,000 data variables.

That partner-led lending model sits in the same lane as other listed digital lenders scaling through banks and NBFCs. Kissht recently crossed ₹10,000 crore AUM on an AI-led book, while Paisabazaar expanded instant personal loans across a wider lender panel.

IPO listing and capital position

Moneyview completed its initial public offer in late September 2026, with a fresh issue of ₹750 crore and an offer for sale of about ₹341.7 crore. Equity shares listed on 1 October 2026 at ₹55, a 61.8% premium to the upper end of the ₹32–34 price band, after the issue was subscribed 101.6 times overall. As of 30 September 2026 the company said IPO proceeds had not yet been utilised. The RoE figure of 27.9% is stated on net worth including the IPO raise.

The Q2 disclosure follows earlier capital-market steps covered on this portal, including when Moneyview filed its DRHP with SEBI for a large public issue. Peer IPO activity remains busy: Razorpay recently secured SEBI approval for its IPO while targeting a multi-billion-dollar valuation.

Why the results matter for digital lending

For BFSI technology readers, Moneyview’s print combines post-IPO profitability with a scale AUM base and improving credit metrics, rather than growth alone. The platform routes credit through partner balance sheets while owning the digital journey, a structure also debated in industry explainers on moving beyond traditional credit scores and in other lenders’ AI underwriting updates such as Kissht’s Q2 FY27 profit and AUM jump.

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Puneet Agarwal signed the exchange filings from Bengaluru on 5 November 2026. The board meeting that cleared the results ran from 11:30 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. IST the same day.
