Bank of Baroda Expands Employee Assistance Program to Promote Emotional and Mental Well-being

Bank of Baroda, one of India’s leading public sector banks, has enhanced its “Employee Assistance Program” (EAP) to prioritise the emotional, mental, and psychological well-being of its over 75,000 employees and their families. Partnering with Truworth Wellness, the Bank has introduced an upgraded version of the EAP, reinforcing its commitment to a supportive and thriving work environment.

The initiative focuses on addressing diverse emotional wellness needs through a range of holistic and technology-driven solutions:

  • Confidential and Personalised Counseling: Free, confidential sessions with professional counsellors are available for employees and their dependents on issues such as stress, anxiety, and personal challenges.
  • Multi-Mode Accessibility: Counseling is offered via face-to-face sessions, video calls, and a 24/7 toll-free helpline.
  • Digital Support: A user-friendly “Wellness Corner” app provides tools like mental wellness assessments, mood trackers, AI-based virtual therapy, and live webinars.
  • Enhanced Tools: Features include health trackers, habit formation tools, personal wellness dashboards, and discounts on health services.
