Telecom giant Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has unveiled a digital payments platform for customers using its landline, broadband services. This service will help the customers to pay the bills at nearby BSNL retailer outlets.
In its official communiqué, the company said that the countrywide retailer network of more than 40,000 outlets has been integrated on this platform and the new system is an addition to the existing countrywide network of customer service centers and online payment portal.
“We are committed to enhancing the customer experience in all interactions with BSNL and this initiative is one of those, in this festive season,” said Vivek Bansal, Director CFA, BSNL.
BSNL’s says that the retail outlets will offer several other services like SIM card, mobile recharge, GSM bill payment, landline, broadband and fiber to the home (FTTH) postpaid bill payment.
