Conversational AI messaging platform Gupshup has announced the acquisition of cloud communications firm Knowlarity Communications.
Knowlarity is a global name in cloud communications gamut and it offers cloud telephony, contact center automation, AI-powered voice assistants and speech analytics solutions to more than 6,000 customers across 65 countries.

Recently, Gupshup has also acquired Dotgo, a rich communications services (RCS) platform.
In 2021, Gupshup became a part of the unicorn list by raising $100 million from Tiger Global at a valuation of $1.4 billion.
