India’s second largest IT services company Infosys has named Jayesh Sanghrajka as its interim Chief Financial Officer.
The company on Thursday announced the appointed of Sanghrajka as its interim CFO and key managerial personnel. This appointment will be effective from November 17, 2018, said Infosys n a regulatory filing.
He succeeds MD Ranganath, who will resign from his position on November 16, 2018, it added.
He is currently serving as the executive vice-president and deputy chief financial officer at Infosys.
Further, Infosys’s board is in the process of selecting the next CFO.
Sanghrajka has spent over 13 years in Infosys in two collective tenures and worked in various leadership roles in the finance function.
