For creating better awareness on issues pertaining to Goods and Services Tax (GST), Ministry of electronics and information technology has launched a grievance redressal website.
The site would handle queries or complaints on GST in Electronics/IT sectors.
Ajay Kumar, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Electronics and IT Government of India, tweeted about the update recently.

The complainant has to visit -http://meity.gov.in/GST/gst-grievance-ict-e for filling their grievance.
The site reads, GST Grievance for ICT & E, if you want to lodge a complaint, all you have to do is to fill in the following grievance registration form!
The central government also has Twitter a handle namely @askGST_GoI for queries on GST.
