Mumbai, August 20, 2026: MIDASX, an AI-powered B2B2C multi-asset wealth technology platform, has entered into an exclusive strategic association with MF Utilities India to make its multi-asset wealth platform accessible to Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) across India.
The partnership will enable MFDs to access and distribute a wider range of financial products through MIDASX’s integrated technology ecosystem. These include mutual funds, Indian and international equities, corporate fixed deposits, loans against securities, unlisted securities, bonds and market-linked debentures (MLDs).
MIDASX currently works with more than 2,000 MFDs and over 7 lakh investors, managing assets exceeding ₹2.5 lakh crore across more than 160 cities, including Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 locations.
Aakash Bansal, CEO, MIDASX, said the next phase of India’s wealth creation would depend on empowering distributors with technology capable of taking investor relationships across products, markets and geographies. He added that the association with MF Utilities India would help make multi-asset wealth technology more accessible to MFDs across the country.
Ganesh Ram, MD & CEO, MF Utilities India, said MFDs are playing an increasingly important role in expanding participation in financial markets across India. He noted that the partnership combines AI-led technology and distribution capabilities to support MFDs in serving investors and scaling their businesses.
MIDASX is also the Exclusive Strategic and Technology Partner to MACG (Mutual Fund Distributor Association of Associations), a collective platform representing more than 50 mutual fund distributor associations across India. The partnership with MF Utilities India, alongside its association with MACG, is aimed at strengthening MIDASX’s MFD-focused ecosystem.
The company has raised ₹35 crore to date from family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs) and is currently raising an additional ₹200 crore to accelerate its growth.
