Narendra Tater Appointed Deputy CFO at Fedbank Financial Services

Mumbai, August 20, 2026: Fedbank Financial Services Ltd (Fedfina) has appointed Narendra Tater as Deputy Chief Financial Officer (Deputy CFO), strengthening its financial leadership team as the company continues to expand its operations.

Tater brings more than 24 years of professional experience spanning fintech, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), investment banking and global financial institutions. A Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), he has expertise across finance, treasury, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), co-lending and capital raising.

Before joining Fedfina, Tater served as Senior Vice President – Finance & Treasury at FlexiLoans, where he was responsible for leading the company’s finance and treasury functions. During his tenure, he contributed to strengthening financial governance, treasury operations and liquidity management.

His experience across financial services and NBFC ecosystems is expected to support Fedfina’s financial strategy as the company focuses on sustainable growth and strengthening its market position.

Tater’s appointment comes at a time when financial institutions are increasingly focusing on robust treasury management, efficient capital deployment and disciplined financial governance. His experience in capital raising, co-lending and financial planning adds relevant expertise to Fedfina’s leadership team.
